Shipping and Returns
Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday. Transit times vary depending on delivery point, most times delivery is within 2-5 days from dispatch.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Approx transit times from dispatch:
- VIC, NSW, SA = 1-2 days
- WA = 4-5 days
- NT = 5-6 days
- TAS = 3-4 days
- QLD = 3-4 days
NOTE: Transit times can vary from different postcodes & regional areas can take an extra 1-2 days.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information via email.

We currently ship Australia Wide
Most products are readily available, however sometimes back orders are unavoidable. If we don’t have the product to ship your order complete within 4 business days of order placement, we’ll contact you to discuss options. Those options may include replacing the item with an equal or greater quality item, shipping what we have in stock and back ordering the rest, or shipping what we have in stock and cancelling the rest.
In order to be eligible for a refund or credit, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or credit.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
How To Return An Item
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return/refund and we will assign you a return #.
2. Send your returned item to:

3. Include in your package original order receipt.
Products that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
If your product item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different type of product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
